The short version
Play the free games as much as you like. Be decent to other players. A pass you buy is yours to use on any device while your account exists. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
Who
This site is run by MultiMediaVerse LLC, Maryland, USA (“we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Free games and courses
The free games and courses are provided as they are, for personal, non-commercial use. They are works in progress: things change, saves may reset, and we may take a game down. Games with chips, coins or betting (such as Cacao Casino) use play money only; nothing can be bought, won or cashed out.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One person per account. We may close accounts that abuse the site, other players, or our systems.
Purchases and refunds
Paid passes are sold through Stripe. The price, what it includes, and whether it is a one-time purchase or a subscription are shown before you pay. A pass gives you access on this site while your account exists; it is not a download you own. Demo time before buying is limited, as shown on the game’s page.
If a pass does not work for you, ask for a refund through the Help page within 14 days of paying and we will refund it. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period.
Your content
Names, messages and reports you submit must not be abusive, unlawful or someone else’s private information. You keep ownership of what you write; you give us permission to use bug reports and feedback to improve the games.
Our content
The games, art, music, writing and code on this site belong to MultiMediaVerse LLC or their respective licensors. You may link to any page and share screenshots and videos of the games. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the games or their files.
Fair use of the site
Do not attack, scrape, overload or try to break the site, its accounts or its payment system, and do not share paid content with people who have not bought it.
No warranty, limited liability
The site and games are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using them, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Questions: the Help page or support@multimediaverse.com.
