These terms apply to Rook Studio, a Windows desktop application made by MultiMediaVerse LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Rook Studio, you agree to them.
What Rook Studio does
Rook Studio helps you plan, produce and publish your own short-form videos. It organizes your project files, connects to AI services you choose, and publishes to social media accounts you connect.
Your accounts and content
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- You’re responsible for the content you create and publish, and for following each platform’s rules, including labeling AI-generated content where required.
- You keep all rights to your content. We don’t claim any ownership of it.
- Only use voices, likenesses and material you own or have permission to use.
Third-party services
Rook Studio works with third-party services such as social platforms and AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and pricing, and any fees they charge are between you and them. We’re not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, such as rejecting an upload.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Rook Studio to post spam, mislead people, infringe others’ rights, or break any law or platform policy.
No warranty
Rook Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Generated or published results may not always be what you expect; review your content before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, MultiMediaVerse LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, account actions taken by third-party platforms, or third-party service charges arising from your use of Rook Studio.
Privacy

Changes and ending use
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using Rook Studio at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
